School Account Manager K-12


Innova STEM Labs is a new education solution provider specialized in STEM (Science, Technology Engineering, Math). Our team of skilled teachers with background in the field of electronics, computer science and architectural design impart the development of our students’ understanding and spark their Interest in pursuing STEM Careers, within fun and motivating environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively building a pipeline of interested schools, through various forms of outreach (cold calls, social media, conferences, email campaigns, personal visits, etc), and converting those opportunities to active customers in their region.

  • Responsible for developing marketing material and advertising material to promote products and services.

  • Establishing partnerships with school districts, teachers and other education insider through in-person visits, presentations and demonstrations.

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the education technology industry, and the major issues faced by teachers, schools, and districts.

  • Understanding and translating challenges faced by educators in order to provide input & feedback into the design, development, and maintenance of our resources.

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • University degree in education and /or business management.

  • Experience working in a start-up environment.

  • Background in the education industry (comparable work experience will be considered - e.g. non-profits, tech start-ups etc)

  • Outside sales experience prospecting school district administration(s)

  • Measurable success in acquiring new business and enhancing current clients.

  • Experience working remotely.

  • Bilingual (English / French)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Three (3) years of sales experience working in school districts and/or with school administrations
